Booking terms and conditions.

- All bookings can only be validated by the prior payment of 100% of the contracted service. The reservation is valid for the number of people specified with their age corresponding to each ticket, for the date and time of the excursion contracted.

- The excursion may be modified or cancelled due to bad sea conditions. In case of cancellation for this reason the customer is entitled to a 100% refund of the purchase price. If the alternative excursion is significantly shorter due to bad weather conditions, the customer is entitled to a refund of the difference in price between the contracted excursion and the actual excursion.

- The customer must be at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before the departure time. If the client arrives later than the departure time and boarding is closed, he/she will lose any right to a refund.

- In the event that the company cancels the trip for any reason not attributable to the customer, the customer will have the right to a 100% refund of the amount paid, or a change of date.

- Reservations guarantee seats on board, but do not grant any privileges in terms of priority boarding or reserved seating. Boarding is on a first-come, first-served basis.

- More than 15 days before the departure date: 100% refund.
- More than 48 hours before the departure date: 50% refund.
- Less than 48 hours before the departure date: no refund.
